9.3.1 Parent Accounts

If your child is under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage their profile.

How it works​

  1. Your child begins the signup wizard at app.arenalinq.com/athletes and enters their date of birth.
  2. Because they're under 13, the wizard asks for a parent email address.
  3. You'll receive an invite link at that email. Click it to create your parent account.
  4. From there, you manage your child's profile through Settings → Family.

What parents can do​

  • Edit the child's profile (bio, attributes, experience, highlights, etc.)
  • Change visibility settings
  • Manage billing

When your child turns 13+​

Once your child is 13 or older, they can claim ownership of their profile using a claim code. See Claim Codes for how that works.
